Job Description:
Responsible for managing all potential clients acquired from marketing and external sources.
Conduct customer outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media selling to attract potential customers and promote the company’s services.
Implement business development activities to reach new clients through all media channels, including email, phone calls, coffee meetings, social media, relevant business events, etc.
Stay updated on industry information by attending regular training sessions with related departments.
Manage all customer relationships to maximize conversion rates and increase cross-selling opportunities.
Skills:
Experience in financial services sales or general service sales.
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or equivalent.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Good research skills, including using LinkedIn and social media to find and connect with potential clients.
High interest and proven track record in sales and/or business development.
Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Basic salary (negotiable) + commission based on sales revenue KPI.
Bonuses for exceeding KPIs.
Regular evaluations of commission rates with potential salary increases for high performers.
