General policy provisions

1. Payment policy:

- Direct cash payment.

- Payment upon receipt of goods

- Payment by bank transfer

We will send the transfer account information directly via email, in the service contract for you.

• Note: The transfer content must clearly state your name or company and which order it is for. After the transfer, we will contact you to confirm and proceed with the delivery. If after the agreed time we do not deliver or do not respond, you can send a complaint directly to the company and request compensation if it can be proven that the delay has affected your business.

For customers who need to buy in large quantities for business or wholesale, please contact us directly for a reasonable price policy. And payment will be made according to the contract.

2. Shipping policy:

Normally, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer about payment and delivery information. Delivery time is usually between 3-5 days from the date of order confirmation or according to the agreement with the customer when placing the order. However, there are cases where delivery takes longer but only occurs in the following force majeure situations:

- Company staff cannot contact customers by phone so delivery is not possible.

- The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.

- The company's sudden increase in orders has slowed down order processing.

- The partner supplying raw materials to the company is slower than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner is late in delivering the goods, only distributing to agents or customers with large, long-term needs. Therefore, the company will mostly support the shipping costs as a way to take care of its agents. For retail customers with large usage needs, please contact directly to negotiate the contract as well as shipping costs.

3. Return/refund policy:

All company products accept returns and refunds according to company regulations.

Cases eligible for return:

- If customers discover fake or poor quality goods

- Goods are damaged during the shipping process to the company's customers.

- Delivered goods do not match the model or type that the customer ordered.

If you detect the above cases, please send the defective goods back to us or immediately notify the company so that we can assist our staff in confirming the product status on the spot and assist you in returning or exchanging the product.

Refund fee: The refund fee will be fully paid by the company if the fault is on the company's side.

Refund method: We will exchange the product for the customer. In case the product is no longer in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid us through the following methods: cash at the company or bank transfer to the customer.

4. Warranty policy

- The products you purchase are quickly warranted in the following cases:

1/ The goods are not covered by the warranty.

2/ For Test products:

Exchange immediately for another product of the same type for products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange for another product of the same type within 3 days for products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase.

- Conditions not covered by warranty

Warranty stamp, serial number is scratched, lost or not intact

The product is damaged not due to manufacturer error.

No company delivery note.

Product damaged due to improper use:

Fire, explosion, falling, signs of impact (broken, dented, distorted.)

5. Purchase instructions

Step 1: Customers refer to products on the website and choose the model they like.

Step 2: Contact us directly to place an order. Our consultants will assist you immediately.

Step 3: As soon as we receive your information, we will contact you AGAIN to confirm the information. If OK, we will proceed with the work immediately.

Step 4: Deliver and receive cash payment directly from you.
